In high-temperature processes, targeted heat transfer between two gas streams is an effective way of minimizing energy losses and increasing overall efficiency. Stemotech supplies customized gas-gas heat exchangers that are precisely tailored to your process conditions – for temperatures up to 1000 °C.
Our heat exchangers are available in cross-flow or cross-counterflow versions with deflector hoods and are either rolled-in or welded, depending on requirements. The rolled-in versions are particularly suitable for applications with low to medium temperatures up to 180 °C and offer flexible installation options thanks to their low weight – even in hard-to-reach places. For higher temperatures and mechanical loads, welded designs are used, which are particularly robust and durable.
